2. Flow of training

- Physical condition check
→Make sure to go through a physical condition check before starting the training. If you do not feel well, please refrain from training. Please use a blood pressure gauge installed in the training room to check your physical condition.
- Warm-up exercise
→ In order to practice the training effectively and safely, it is important to warm up the body, increase blood circulation and enhance flexibility. Stretching is effective when practiced after pedaling an exercise bike for 5-10 minutes under mild load.
- Training
- Aerobic training
Helps maintain and improve cardiorespiratory endurance. Exercising under mild load for a relatively long time is very effective since it takes in large amounts of oxygen that promotes burning body fat and enhances blood circulation.
- Muscle training
It is the muscles that support and move the human body. If you do not use your muscles, they will be lost very easily. Moving the muscles under adequate load improves their strength and agility, etc. It also enhances bone and joint functions and improves metabolic action very effectively. During muscle training, try to take the right form and position without overdoing it. The adequate number of repetition numbers and weight differs depending on the purpose of the training. Please consult our staff.
- Cool-down exercise
→ Refrain from suddenly stopping the exercise and try to gradually ease out. As the final stage of the exercise, thoroughly stretch the stiffened muscles so that no fatigue will be felt the next morning.
